This particular client contacted us because they had outgrown their previous office. Securing a larger premises, they asked for our expert recommendations and assistance in space planning, office partitioning and end-to-end fitout services. This new location would be their new HQ, so required all the fixtures and fittings with a smart and modern finish throughout.

The Problem

Large, open spaces can offer a wealth of possibilities, but a lot of issues if not optimised correctly. With this in mind, we had to carefully split the area to create the key sections our client required. This included an open-plan call centre to comfortably seat 25 users, expanding to 45 over the next two years, five small meeting rooms and a large boardroom. As well as a new kitchen, contemporary furniture and upgrades such as new electrics, decoration and air conditioning.

The Solution

We began by sectioning the space and installing internal walls to create the various rooms required – carefully placing them to maximise incoming natural light. By making these segments, we could fit the correct cables and wiring so each room could facilitate computer screens, telephones and technology required. We also included glass partitions that provided privacy while maintaining a pleasant working environment with plenty of light and a new air conditioning unit.

The kitchen required a complete refit with new furniture and appliances, providing staff with the necessary facilities for a comfortable break. We installed fresh carpet and energy-efficient lighting throughout the rooms, ensuring all details meet health and safety standards.
