The Brief
A rapidly growing call centre has reached out to us to support their latest expansion ambitions. With more employees joining their team, they required a fresh and exciting office redesign. Along with procuring suitable office furniture that would reflect their brand and comfortably fit a growing team.
The Problem
It was essential to create an open and collaborative environment while providing privacy for individuals taking calls, Teams meetings or working on private data. It was also important to ensure each user had access to the technology they required and that the space was formatted to incorporate future growth plans.
Although there was no set deadline with this project, there was an air of urgency, so the next plans could be put in place for this forward-thinking company. We also didn’t want to cause too much distribution to team members who were still managing the phones.

The Solution
We began by establishing how many employees would use or access the commercial office. This enabled us to split the space into functional zones that supported the business’s workflow. We choose bench desking to facilitate the 60 users, each with mounted privacy screens and modular desk chairs. Along with smart, wooden-effect cabinets for storage.
Budget was quite tight with this office refit. However, due to our extensive network of suppliers, we were able to source appropriate and affordable desks, chairs, and units to meet our clients’ requirements, giving the office a sleek finish and light, airy feel.
The Outcome
The client was delighted with the final result. With a professional looking and fully functional office space, they can now offer both staff and clients a valuable experience. Confidential calls remain secure, employees are comfortable in their designated desks, and there is plenty of room for future growth.
